Public Transport

Buses

The routes of 95, 96, 97 and 56 buses all provide transport services to the Hyde Park area.

Trains

The stations Leeds and Burley Park are the nearest rail access to the festival site. Further transport to the Hyde Park area e.g. buses from Leeds city centre, are options for festival attendees.

Pedestrian routes

The festival site is placed in an easily accessible location, with numerous pedestrian routes found throughout Woodhouse Moor.

Viewing Points

Chairs and a suitable vantage point will be provided for anyone with disabilities, or who has difficulty sitting on the ground.

Access in and out of events

The festival will be staged on ground level, and is positioned next to a pedestrian route, which will provide suitable access for disabled guests.

Lost Property Points

Lost Property will be dealt with at the Entry & Information tent.

Public Information

In the event of the festival’s cancellation, the public will be notified by a wide number of signs about Woodhouse Moor, positioned at all points of pedestrian access to the park. All ticket-holders will be notified (by phone or email). The Barefoot in the Park website will display details of the event’s cancellation.

Alcohol

Barefoot in the Park is an alcohol-free event.
